Mohammad Sharif “Sharifi”
Auditor General of Control and Audit Office (CAO) of Afghanistan

Professor Mohammed Sharif “Sharifi”, son of Mohammad Yousif is 48 years old. He completed his education in the country and is a Master of Mathematics and Philosophy. He has written some books in the field of Physics.
Prof. Sharifi, has worked in the following posts:

In March 2002 he was appointed as the Auditor General of the Control and Audit Office (CAO) of Afghanistan. Since his appointment as Auditor General, significant changes have been made in the CAO.

H.E. UTH CHHORN
Auditor-General, National Audit Authority of Cambodia

H.E. Uth Chhorn was born on January 02, 1948 in Kandal province of Cambodia. He graduated with a master's degree of Business Administration from the Southern California University for Professional Studies (SCUPS) in 1997.

Dr. Zurab Soselia 
Chairman of Control of Georgia

Dr. Zurab Soselia was born in October 13, 1955 in Tbilisi, Georgia.  He is a well-known economist.  At the same time he has a great experience in the field of public administration.

During the period of 2000-2004, he worked as the First Deputy at the Ministry of Finance of Georgia.  From 1996 to 2000, he was the First Deputy of the Ministry of Trade and International Economic Affairs of Georgia. From 1993 to 1995 he was Deputy Chairman of Georgian State Committee of International Economic Relations.  From 1988 to 1992 he was Head of Division of Microeconomics at the Institute of Economic of Georgian Academy of Sciences.  From 1986 to 1994, he worked as the Senior Lecturer at Iv.Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. He is a Doctor of Economic Sciences.

Dr. Zurab Soselia has published 28 scientific works, including 2 monographs.

Dr. Zurab Soselia graduated from Tbilisi State University as the faculty of Industrial Economics and was awarded the qualification of an economist in 1997. He graduated from the Economic Institute at the Academy of Sciences in Moscow in 1980.

Dr. Zunab Soselia has already started structural and institutional reorganization at the Chamber of Control of Georgia and hopes for further cooperation between ASOSAI members.

Salem Ahmed Jamil AL Khazaleh

Omarkhan N. OKSIKBAYEV
Chairman of the Accounts Committee of Kazakhstan

Omarkan Nurtayevich Oksikbayev was born on December 22, 1954. In 1975 he graduated from the Institute of National Economy (Almaty).

From 1975 to 1979 he was employed as Senior Economist of Almaty Financial Office.

From 1979 to 1984 he was the Chief Economist of "25th Anniversary of Virgin Land Development" State Farm and then the Head of Planning and Economic Departments of Almaty Irrigational Land Development Office.

From 1984 to 1992 he held the positions of Senior Comptroller and Inspector, Head of Organizational and Inspection Division, Deputy Head of the Chief Control and Revision Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 1992 to 1993, he was the Head of Organizational and Methodological Work Division of the Committee for Financial Control of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 1993 to 1996, he was the Head of Agricultural Enterprises Inspection Division, the Committee for Financial Control of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 1996 he was the Head of International Relationships Division of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (RK).

From 1996 to 2003 he held senior positions such as: Member of the Accounts Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget, Member of the Anti-Corruption State Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of the RK, Head of Chief Control Inspection of the President's Administration of the RK, Secretary of the Security Council of the RK.

Since 2003, he is the Chairman of the Accounts Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget.

Mr. Oksikbayev was awarded with the Tenth Anniversary of Kazakhstan's Independence Medal.
