Thanks to the support from our Governing Board member SAIs, the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between ASOSAI and AFROSAI has been successfully concluded on 9 December 2016 during the 22^nd INCOSAI held in Abu Dhabi, the UAE. It is beyond doubt that the MoU between the two regional organizations will be beneficial for both sides and will set a very profound framework for our future cooperation and collaboration.

In order to further develop, implement and follow-up the MoU, detailed ways of cooperation will be further discussed within and by respective Governing Board members and communicated between the two regional organizations. ASOSAI Secretariat will collect the wisdom of our Governing Board members in the course of consultation.
